Refund Eligibility
We want you to be satisfied with our services. Refund eligibility depends on the stage of your document preparation at the time of your request.
Full Refund
A full refund is available if you request cancellation before any documents have been prepared or reviewed. This means your questionnaire may have been started but no documents have been generated.
Partial Refund
A partial refund may be available if document preparation has begun but has not been completed. The refund amount will be determined based on the work completed at the time of your request.
No Refund
No refund is available after your completed documents have been delivered. Court filing fees paid directly to the court are non-refundable and outside our control.
Attorney Services
Fees paid for attorney consultations and document reviews are subject to the terms of the attorney providing those services and are generally non-refundable once the service has been rendered.
Processing Timeline
Approved refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
